Use the Parts tab in the Metsec Eaves Beam to Stanchion Properties panel to control the member properties of the items created by the joint.

| Eaves Beam Plate | This specifies the profile to be used for the plate where the standard manufacturer's plate is not to be used. The plate, and its associated data is defined in the data files. To override the plate use the t,b,h values featured below. | ||
| Eaves Beam Plate, t | This sets the thickness of the plate which is connected to the eaves beams in the joint. | The default setting is 6mm. | Image

| Stanchion Plate | This specifies the profile to be used for the plate bolted to the column if the bolted option is selected on the parameters tab. To override the plate use the t,b,h values featured below. | ||
| Stanchion Plate, t | This sets the thickness of the plate which is connected to the stanchion in the joint if the fixing bracket is bolted. | The default setting is 10mm. | Image

| Connecting Profile | This specifies a profile to be used for the centre portion of the fixing bracket. The profile will be positioned according to its type, ie. a channel or angle will be placed with its back aligned to the centre of the plates where as a rectangular hollow section would be placed centrally. | The default setting is L100*67*8. | |
| Pos_No (Part position number) | The part position number consists of a prefix and a start number. 1. Prefix 2. Start number Some connections have a second row for the part position number where you can enter the assembly position number. | The part position number defined in the connection dialog box overrides the settings defined in the components settings in File menu --> Settings --> Options. In addition to that it will use the values taken from the data files. | Image

| Material | The top material grade field can be used for all the parts other than the connecting profile within the connection. The remaining material field can be used for the connecting profile. | The default value for this is taken from File menu --> Settings --> Options --> Components --> Part material. | |
