Purpose and description

The Metal Framing Elevation Dimensioning Tool automatically dimensions metalf framing elevations and show the ducts

Properties Tab

Property	Description
Image	Option to specify the dimension line properties
Image	Option to specify where the studs will be dimensioned to (Cetre or back)
Image	Option to specify where the Header/sill will be dimensioned to (Cetre or back)
Image	Option to create the closing dimensions at the start/end
Image	Option to specify the Text properties
Image	Option to specify the Duct Fill properties

Part Names

Property	Description
Image	Option to specfiy the names of the top and bottom tracks (needed so the tool know what to dimension to)
Image	Option to specfiy the names of the Jambs or critical studs (needed so the tool know what to dimension)
Image	Option to specfiy the names of the headers and sills in openings (needed so the tool know what to dimension to)
Image	Option to specfiy the names of the Ducts, needed so the tool knows to show the object as a duct with dimensions to locate the duct, Image if no name is given the tool will dimension the framing around the duct
Image	Option to give the name of the critical stud next to a duct (needed so the tool know what to dimension to)
Image	Option to give the name of the cripple stud next to a duct (needed so the tool know where to add the fill)
