Use the Clamp Plates tab in the Kingspan Non-Standard Tie Properties panel to control the properties of the clamp plates created by this connection.

| Clamp Plate Prefix | This specifies the prefix for the Part Pos Num that will be used for the clamp plate. | The default setting is MB. | |
| Clamp Plate Start Number | This specifies the start number for the Part Pos Num that will be used for the clamp plate. | The default setting is 1. | |
| Clamp Plate Grade | This is the material grade that will be used for all the clamp plates within the connection. | The default value for this is taken from ‘Settings > Options > Components > Part material:’ |
