Use the Bolts tab in the Kingspan Non-Continuous Rail Properties panel to override the default bolt data.

 Bolt size
(Dependant on Bolt standard selected)
This specifies the diameter in mm to be used for the bolts where the standard manufacturer's size is not to be used. If you choose the Default setting the bolt size will be 12mm.The default is set to Default. 
 Bolt standard
(Multiple choices)
This sets the bolt standard of bolts to both the primary and secondary members in the joint. The Default setting is 8.8XOX.The default is set to Default. 
 ToleranceThis is the difference between the hole diameter and the bolt diameter in mm.Up to and including 24mm bolts, tolerance will default to 2mm. Above that, the default will be 3mm.  
 Thread in mat
(Default, No, Yes) 
This defines whether the thread may pass into the bolted parts or not when using bolts with a standard thread length. With full-threaded bolts this button has no meaning. If set to Default the setting is Yes.The default is set to Yes. 
 Assembly type
(Default, Site, Workshop)
This specifies the type of bolt to use. Workshop will bolt the two items together and they will become part of a single assembly. If set to Default the setting is Site.The default is set to Site. 
1Bolt assemblyThe selected check boxes define which component objects (bolt, washers, and nuts) are used in the bolt assembly. If you want to create a hole only, clear all the check boxes. To modify the bolt assembly in an existing component, select Effect in modify.The default is set to one bolt, one washer and one nut. 
2Slotted holesThis defines slotted, oversized, or tapped holes.  
a This specifies the vertical dimension of the slotted hole.The default setting is 0, which results in a round hole. 
b This specifies the horizontal dimension of the slotted hole, or sets the allowance for oversized holes.The default setting is 0, which results in a round hole. 
 Hole type
(Default, Slotted, Oversized)
Slotted creates slotted holes. Oversized creates oversized or tapped holes. If set to Default the holes will be slotted.The default is set to Default. 
 Rotate Slots
(Default, Odd, Even, Parallel) 
When the Hole type is Slotted, this option rotates the slotted holes. If set to Default the setting is Parallel.The default is set to Default. 
3Bolt length increaseThis defines how much the bolt length is increased. Use this option when, for example, painting requires the bolt length to be increased.The default setting is 0. 
4Cleat bolt centersThe first field specifies the number of bolts to be used. The second field specifies the distance between the centres of the bolts.This value will come from the data files.

5Cleat Edge DistThis specifies the distance between the centre of the bolt and the edge on both sides of the cleat, this will alter the length of the cleat.This value will come from the data files.

6Cleat bolt centersThe first field specifies the number of bolts to be used. The second field specifies the distance between the centres of the bolts. This will alter the length of the cleat.This value will come from the data files.

7Bolt backmarkThis specifies the distance from the bolt centre to the back of the cleat.This value will come from the data files.
