System component Create Multiple Sections In Drawings (DR004) can be used to generate multiple vertical or horizontal sections on picked positions in an assembly drawing or cast unit drawing.

Create a assembly drawing or cast unit drawing.

1. Open the drawing.
2. Open the tool.
3. Choose the desired settings.
4. Pick the desired section positions.
5. End command by pressing the middle mouse button. Sections will be generated on picked positions and the section views are placed next to the view in which the sections are created.

Select the section direction and at which side of the view the section views should be placed. The following options are available:

| 3 | Set the view depth up. |
| 4 | Set the view attributes by selecting a saved view setting or using the currently applied view settings. |
| 5 | If desired there can be different view settings applied at specific points (/section positions). In this field the points (/section position) numbers can be set for which you want to apply specific view settings. |
| 6 | Set the view attributes for the sections created at points (/section positions) set in option (5) by selecting a saved view setting or using the currently applied view settings. |

Set the section view scale. The following options are available:

| 8 | Set the section view scale manually (this field is available depending on the selected option at option number 5). |
