Plug-in Dialog box
This plug-in dialog box contains following tabs.
• Input
• Covers
• Top Main Bars
• Bottom Main Bars
• Top Add Bars
• Bottom Add Bars
• Stirrups
• SpacerBars
Input
The options is to select the columns and beams as explained in “Usage” section.
Covers
The bar stock length, cover values on all the sides, development length (Ld), Lap length and crank ration is defined here.
Image
Ld (Development Length) and Lap Length are defines as multiples of rebar diameter
Crank Ratio is defined as 1: (the default slope ration is 1:6) as seen in image above.
Top Main Bars
Image
Define Top Main bars for all beam or for individual beams by unchecking “For All” option.
Define multiple diameter for Side bars and internal bars.
Define safe zone for lapping (default zone is L1/3 as shown in the above image)
Bottom Main Bars
Image
Define Bottom Main bars for all beam or for individual beams by unchecking “For All” option.
Define offset value “X” (default value is 50mm)
Top Add Bars
Image
Define Top additional bars for all beams or for individual beams by unchecking “For All” option
Creation option allows to select the number of top additional rebar layers required (maximum 2 layers)
Define the extension value (example: L1*d1 for 1st layer & L1*d2 for second layer)
Bottom Add Bars
Image
Define Bottom additional bars for all beams or for individual beams by unchecking “For All” option
The offset can be defined using the values
Image
Stirrups
Image
Define Stirrup reinforcement details, default spacing condition, spacing zones and end offset.
Option: Design
Image
If option “Design” is chosen then the values will be takes as per IS 13920 as shown below.
Image
Option: Actual
If option “Design” is chosen then the values will be entered by user as shown below.

Spacer Bars
Image
Define Spacer reinforcement details and spacing once for all beams.
If the number of layer is more than one it automatically creates spacer bars, still we can turn off the spacer bars by making “Creation Option” as “No” if it is not included in our scope.
Continuous Beam Reinforcement Subcomponent
The ContinuousBeamReinforcement Subcomponent plug-in allows user to modify the rebar details for the individual beam. How to Locate
After applying ‘Continuous Beam Reinforcement’ plug-in double click the rebar cage in individual beam with component selection.Image
Usage
Can modify individual beam rebar details including main bars, additional bars, stirrups and spacer bars.Plug-in Dialog box
This plug-in dialog box contains following tabs.

• Bottom Add Bars
• Stirrups
• SpacerBars
Top Main Bars
Define Top Main bars for selected beam. Adjust properties for corner bars (indicates with suffix C) and middle bars (indicated with suffix M).
Bottom Main Bars
Define Bottom Main bars for selected beam.
