Use the Parameters tab in the CMF Diagonal Ties Properties panel to control how the connecting members are defined within Tekla Structures.

| Offset Hole End 1 | This offsets the position of the start of the tie wire bolt, from the standard location along the member length by the entered distance. | The default setting is 0. | |
| Offset Hole End 2 | This offsets the position of the end of the tie wire bolt, from the standard location along the member length by the entered distance. | The default setting is 0. | |
| Search tolerance | This is the distance from the selected position to search for existing bolt or hole. | The default tolerance is equal to the bolt diameter in either direction. | |
| Top Cleat Bolt Grade | This sets the bolt standard for the strut connecting to the last rail. If left empty the general bolt grade will be used. | The default setting is 8.8XOX. | |
| Bottom Cleat Bolt Grade | This sets the bolt standard for the strut connecting to the first rail. If left empty the general bolt grade will be used. | The default setting is 8.8XOX. |
