Use the Parameters tab in the Ayrshire File Transfer Properties panel to populate the report header information with your details.

| File Name | This specifies the file to be created for the file transfer. There is a limit of eight characters on the field. NOTE: This file will overwrite an existing file with the same name without any prompt or warning to the user. | There is no default, this is a required field. |
| Release Type | This specifies the release type and will be included in the file transfer file. For more information contact Ayrshire. This field is optional. | |
| Project Name | This specifies the project name and will be included in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| Owner | This specifies the name of the person to be associated with the transfer of files to Ayrshire, their details will be included in the transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| Client | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| Drawn By | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| Detailer | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| JobNo | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| Part | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| Reference | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
| Modified Date | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | If left empty it will default to the current date and time. |

| Checked Date | This field will also appear in the file transfer file. This field is optional. | |
