First login
To sign into the License Manager, use your Trimble ID.
After the purchase of TC extension licenses from the Construsoft e-shop, please use the same login details used for Trimble ID. Your Trimble ID should be associated with the email address used in the e-shop.
For signing in, the user has to be added either as an account owner or as an administrator (see the "Top right menu"). If not, signing in is not possible and it is necessary to request access from your company administrator.
When you enter in for the first time, the informative welcome message is present.
Continue to the application.
Following dialogs may open:
- Account merge
- Ownerships
Account merge
Companies with the same VAT number can be merged into one.
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| 1 | When you are Account Owner also in other company, merge the companies directly. |
| 2 | When you are not Account Owner in other company, request merge and wait for the statement. Once the other company approves the merge, then you can complete the merge in this dialog. |
| 3 | Continue as an independent company. |
If your company receives a merge request, you can either approve or deny it.
Ownerships
When ownership details are required for management of Trimble Connect extensions licenses, select from the available ownerships in the dialog after first login.
The ownership may be filled or edited later in the "Manage company account".
Find detailed information about ownership in the "Ownerships" tab.

Ownerships
Project ownership is determined by the TC license that is applied to a project. The account that owns the license is considered the project owner.
Entering ownership is necessary for ensuring that the licenses are assigned accurately and tracked within your organization. This is necessary for example for assigning the activated extensions licenses to a particular project. If the field stays empty, your extension licenses cannot be activated on any project.
NOTE: You can assign the ownership for the first time without any limitations. However, once the ownership is filled and some changes are required, approval from the authorized person is necessary.
When you log into the License Manager for the first time, the "Ownerships" dialog opens on the main page. Assign the desired ownerships to the current company. To confirm your choice, use the button "Assign".
NOTE: When your company project ownerships are owned by multiple company members, invite them to the License Manager in the "Manage company account" to add the ownerships.
If you haven't assigned your ownership, you can do it later in the "Manage company account" in the account menu.
Use the "Assign" button in the "Ownerships" field.
The dialog window "Ownerships" opens. Select the desired ownerships to the current company and use the button "Assign".
To modify ownership settings, make the necessary changes in the "Ownerships" dialog window and use the button "Request".
The approval by the authorized person can last a few days.
