Question: I noticed that while on Direct X on Tekla 2017 when you change the UCS, the visual marker in the corner does not change as it does in Open GL mode. Is there a way to change this?

Answer: This is a 3D graphics defect in version 2017 that happens only while on DirectX rendering as shown above. The issue is non-fixable in Version 2017.

In 2017i and newer the problem does not exist, only that in 2017i you must press "Enter" immediately after changing the Work plane to change the Global UCS while in Direct X. After that version, the USC shifts as it should.
