Question:
Some parts of the model cannot be numbered despite running numbering, why is that?
Answer:
This is happening if you still have some components in the model as conceptual components. You need first to convert them into detailing components to be able to handle them normally.
To convert conceptual components to detailing components, go to the side pane, click the Applications & Components button to open the Applications & Components catalog, then →

You can create a selection filter to select all conceptual components in the model using the IS_CONCEPTUAL attribute. For more information see, IS_CONCEPTUAL.
