Troubleshoot: Automated events are not sending emails using the app password

  1. Verify that the Tekla PowerFab Remote Server service is running on the server and that it has been configured correctly.
  2. If the Tekla PowerFab Remote Server service is running correctly and emails are still not sent, verify the email server settings with the host and ensure the app password is correctly entered.

If issues persist, consult your email host support to confirm that the app specific password has been created correctly.

  3. If the first two steps do not solve the issue, contact support.
