Previously, the construction arc and construction circle creation commands did not follow the snapping depth (Plane/3D/Auto) and snapping plane type (View/Work). This raised several issues, in particular:

• When creating construction circles by center point and radius in the plan view, the circles were created at different elevations depending on the start point.
• When creating construction circles by three points on the plan views, the command snapped to points on objects, causing the resulting circles to be out of the plan views.

These issues have now been fixed. The construction arc and circle commands now follow the snapping depth and snapping plane type.
