The rebar set creation commands for crossing and longitudinal bars now work on concrete edges even when the edges are on grid lines. Previously the preview was not shown if the edge was on a grid line.
Also, these commands now work on all concrete edges even when the parts have cuts. Previously the preview was not shown on some of the edges.
