Search for content in Tekla Warehouse

In addition to browsing collections in Tekla Warehouse, you can find content by searching for content items.

You can search for content items using any characters in their name, description, or keywords.

You can also narrow down the search, such as to content from a certain collection or according to your other preferences.

Start a search

On the Tekla Warehouse front page, enter a search term in the Search from Tekla Warehouse box and press Enter or click

Tip:

To go directly to the search with filtering options, you can just click without entering a search term.

Next, fine-tune the search further or sort the search results if needed.

You can use filters to fine-tune a search, and to define how the search results are sorted and shown.


To	Options
Select what type of results you want to show in the search results.	Content items: Show only content items in the search results. Collections: Show only collections in the search results. Company accounts: Show only company accounts in the search results.
Sort the search results according to the selected order.	Relevance: Shows the content that is most likely to be relevant to you first. This option appears only when a search keyword has been entered. Last updated: Shows the most recently updated content first. Last created: Shows the most recently created content first. Most viewed and downloaded: Shows the content that has been viewed and downloaded the most first. Most liked: Shows the content that the highest number of users have liked first. Alphabetical A-Z: Shows the content in alphabetical order by name. Alphabetical Z-A: Shows the content in reverse alphabetical order by name.
Restrict the search to the selected software products or versions, item types, locations, languages, categories of use, or measurement units.	Click Filters. Select the filters you want and click Apply. To clear filters, click Clear. Or, if you are on the Search page, click Reset to clear all filters.

On the Tekla Warehouse front page, next to the Most viewed and downloaded title, click View more.

You are taken to the Search page, and the Most viewed and downloaded sorting order is activated.
Enter a search term in the Search box and press Enter or click .
If needed, fine-tune the search further or sort the search results.

You are taken to the Search page, and the Last created sorting order is activated.
Enter a search term in the Search... box and press Enter or click .
