Modify versions of content items in Tekla Warehouse

You can add and delete versions of content items. You can also make changes to the contents and metadata of the versions.

Add a version to a content item

  1. Go to the content item page.
  2. Next to the Available versions, click Add version.
  3. To upload content for the version, select the upload type and click Continue.
  4. Enter the version metadata.

    You can also copy metadata from another version by selecting the version in the Copy metadata from existing version list.

  5. (Optional) Add release notes and prerequisites.
  6. Click Publish.

Change the contents or metadata of a version

  1. Go to the content item page.
  2. Find the version you want to change and click Edit version.
  3. Add, modify, or delete the version contents or metadata.
  4. Click Save.

Delete a version of a content item

  1. Go to the content item page.
  2. Find the version you want to delete and click Edit version.
  3. Click Delete.
  4. Click Delete to confirm the deletion.
