You can download files from all content items or selected content items within a collection at the same time.

1. Sign in to Tekla Warehouse.
2. Go to the collection page.
3. Select the software version you are using.
4. Do one of the following:
   • To download files from specific content items, select the checkbox next to each content item.
   • To download files from all content items in the collection, select Select all.
5. Click Download.
6. Follow the download instructions:
   1. To copy the download information, click Copy to clipboard.
   2. Browse for the folder where you want to download the files.
   3. Click Start download.

You can download files from multiple content items within different collections using My cart.

1. Sign in to Tekla Warehouse.
2. Search for the content that you want to download.
3. In the search results list, ensure that you have Content items selected. For each content item that you want, click at the bottom right corner of the content item card.
4. Go to My cart.
5. Select the software version that you are using.
6. Do one of the following:
   • To download files from specific content items, select the checkbox next to each content item.
   • To download files from all content items, select Select all.
7. Click Download.
8. Follow the download instructions:
   1. To copy the download information to your clipboard, click Copy to clipboard.
   2. Browse for the folder where you want to download the files.
   3. Click Start download.

You can insert files from all or selected content items within a collection to Tekla Structures at the same time.

1. Sign in to Tekla Warehouse.
2. Go to the collection page.
3. Select the software version that you are using.
4. Do one of the following:
   • To insert files from specific content items to a Tekla Structures model, select the checkbox next to each content item.
   • To insert files from all content items in the collection into a Tekla Structures model, select Select all.
5. Click Insert into model.
6. Follow the installation instructions:
   1. Before starting the installation in Tekla Structures, make a copy of your model.
   2. In the Tekla Warehouse content installer dialog, select what happens if a conflict occurs, then click Start installation.
   3. When the installation is finished, click Exit.

You can insert files from multiple content items within different collections into Tekla Structures at the same time using My cart.
