Before starting to create models and drawings, get to know some basic working methods that you will need to work efficiently both in the Tekla Structures models and in the drawings.

We recommend you to familiarize yourself how to

• work with grids and views

• define the work area and coordinates that affect your work

• zoom and rotate the model

• create, select and move objects

• position objects by using snapping

• filter objects both in the modeling mode and in the drawing mode.
