Use the Un-Receive command to cancel receiving any items that you have accidentally marked as
received.
Note that only items that have been marked as received can be unreceived.

In the upper-left corner of the
PO # dialog box, ensure that you are in the receive mode.
If not, click the Receive
Mode button to activate the receive mode.

Select the purchase order item that you want to unreceive.

Click the Purchase
Order ribbon tab.

On the menu, select
Un-Receive.

In the Un-Receive dialog box, type the quantity of items that you want to unreceive.

Click Un-Receive.
