Exporting Rhino Model to Tekla Structures as items is possible via Grasshopper.

You need to have Rhino installed with Grasshopper plugin (Rhino 6 has the Grasshopper impeded within the installation package), and you need to install the Grasshopper-Tekla Live Link, more detailes about it is found here.
