Review connection design
Review connection status

Activate a Review View by clicking
Review View in the
Status bar.

On the Review ribbon, in the Type list, select the desired design type to review.
- Static
- RSA
- Combined (i.e. Static and RSA together)

In the Connections
group of the ribbon, click Status.
Color codes display the design status of each connection using the following classifications:
Status
Description
Error The connection currently cannot be designed because an error has occurred.
Beyond Scope The connection cannot be designed because its design is beyond the scope of Tekla Connection Designer, or IDEA StatiCa.
Fail The connection has failed one or more design checks.
Warning Although the connection has passed the design checks, one or more warnings have been issued. Review the warnings before deciding if you need to take further action.
Pass The connection has passed all design checks.
Not Yet Designed The connection has not been designed.
Review connection ratios

On the Review ribbon, in the Type list, select the desired design type to review.

- RSA
- Combined (i.e. Static and RSA together)

In the Connections
group of the ribbon, click Ratio.
Color codes display the design ratio of connection. N/A is assigned to connections that have no ratio or whose ratio is smaller than the lowest band. N/A also indicates connections that are either beyond scope or have yet to be designed.
