Modify the header or footer of a calculation template
When you use a Tedds for Word calculation template, you can insert document details or company information in the header or footer, or modify the property labels in the header or footer according to your needs. To modify the header or footer using the Header properties dialog box. To modify the header or footer, see the following instructions.
In the Header ribbon group, click the Edit button.
The Header properties dialog box appears.
Add document details
Open the header.
The Header properties dialog box appears.
Ensure that the Document tab is open.
Type document details in the fields.
To save the details, click OK.
Tip: You can easily copy the document details from one document to another by using the Copy all and Paste all buttons in the Header properties dialog box.
Add company details
Open the header.
The Header properties dialog box appears.
Go to the Company tab.
Type your company details in the fields.
To save the company information for all future Tedds for Word documents, select the Save these settings as the default for new documents option.
To save the details, click OK.
Change the header logo
Open the header.
The Header properties dialog box appears.
Go to the Template tab.
Click Browse... to select the file which you want to use as the logo.
To use the logo in all future Tedds for Word documents, select the Save these settings as the default for new documents option.
To save the logo, click OK.
Modify header labels
Property labels explain the input which is required in a particular table cell. In case the property labels in the header do not meet your needs, you can modify them.
Open the header.
The Header properties dialog box appears.
In the lower left corner of the dialog box, click Edit labels
The Edit header property labels dialog box opens.
Note:
The Edit header property labels dialog box may look different depending on the template that you are using.
