View analytics about content use in Tekla Warehouse

This product guide is for the classic Tekla Warehouse user interface. For information on the new Tekla Warehouse, see Release notes.

You can view and export analytics about the content that you have published in Tekla Warehouse. If you belong to an organization as an employee, you can also view and export analytics about the content that belongs to your organization.

Analytics show information about:

The versions of the content that Tekla Warehouse users have downloaded or viewed
The organizations that are using your content
The countries in which the content has been used.

You can view analytics at the collection or content item level. For content that belongs to your organization, you can also view analytics about the content at the organization level.

Sign in to Tekla Warehouse.
Depending on the level of the analytics, do one of the following:
- Go to the organization's page.
- Go to a collection page.
- Go to a content item page.
Click Analytics.
In the Event type list, select the type of analytics that you want.
If you want to view the analytics from a certain period of time, select an option in the Timeframe list.
Analytics about the number of content views or completed downloads by collection, content item, version, country, or organization are shown.
If you want to export the analytics to use in an external application, such as Microsoft Excel:
1. Click Export analytics.
2. If needed, change the timeframe.
3. Click Export.
The analytics are downloaded onto your computer as a .csv file. You can now view the analytics with an external application.
