Only users who have the Tekla Warehouse Content Editor role can create, edit, and delete the content of their organization. The users can be employees in the organization or external license users.

Users who have the Tekla Warehouse Content Editor role have the same access rights to both public and private collections that belong to the organization.

Administrators assign the Tekla Warehouse Content Editor role to users in the Tekla Online Admin Tool. For more information, see Manage user accounts for Tekla products. Administrators can assign the Tekla Warehouse Content Editor role to users who belong to their own organization, users who belong to a different organization, or users who do not belong to any organization.
