Return the subscription license, then reserve the correct subscription license.

If you cannot reserve your subscription license, the problem might be due to one of these reasons:

• The Tekla Subscription Tool cannot connect to the Tekla Online subscription service.

  Check your internet connection and try again. If the problem persists, contact your organization's administrator.

• The date and time settings on your computer are inaccurate.

  Check that the date and time settings on your computer are correct, and try again. For more information, see Tekla Structures cannot start because of clock inaccuracy.

If the reservation of your subscription license is not automatically renewed, try these steps:

• Return your license and reserve it again.

• Check your internet connection and try again.

• Save your model and close Tekla Structures. Then, reserve your subscription license again.

If the problem persists, contact your organization's administrator.

If you cannot return your subscription license, the problem might be due to one of these reasons:

• Tekla Structures is still running.

  You cannot return your subscription license while Tekla Structures is using it. Close Tekla Structures and try again.

• The Tekla Subscription Tool cannot connect to the Tekla Online subscription service.

  Check your internet connection and try again.

When you start Tekla Structures, you might see a message that your license expires soon. This message does not mean that your subscription expires soon, only that your license reservation will expire if you go offline.

• If you stay online, the reservation is automatically renewed until you return your license.

• If you want to work offline, return your license and reserve it again before you go offline.

  Select Keep reservation longer to keep the subscription license reserved longer than the default reservation period.
