I received an email inviting me to join a company's account as an employee. What is it?
You receive an email inviting you to join your company's account when your company’s administrator adds you to your company’s account as an employee. Usually this company is the company that you work for.
You can be a member of many accounts, but you can only have the employee role in one account. If you are already an employee in an account and you join another account as an employee, you lose the employee role in the previous account.
The account where you have the employee role can also affect your access to your company's data stored in the cloud, such as Tekla Model Sharing models. Do not change between accounts unnecessarily.
- To join the account, click the link in the email. If your company has a maintenance contract with Trimble, you get access to additional content when you join the account.
- If you only need to use subscriptions and access rights in the company's account, you can join the organization as a member. Contact the company's administrator and request to be added to the account.

If you do not receive the invitation to join your company's account in your inbox, check your spam or junk email folder. If the email is not in your spam or junk email folder, it is likely that your company’s email system or firewall is stopping emails from arriving.
