The Tekla Online Admin Tool is the tool that administrators use to manage user roles for Tekla products. Some administrators also manage users and licenses in the Tekla Online Admin Tool.

Assign other Tekla-specific user roles to users.
Assign subscriptions to your users for the Tekla products, features, and services that your company has bought.
View statistics about Tekla license usage.
Remove users from your company's account when they leave your company.

Users can continue using your company's Tekla licenses and the associated online services until you remove them from your account.

If you manage users and licenses in both the Tekla Online Admin Tool and the Admin Console

If you use both the Tekla Online Admin Tool and the Admin Console, you use the Tekla Online Admin Tool to:

Invite users that are managed in the Tekla Online Admin Tool to your company's account.
Give the employee role to users that are managed in the Admin Console.
Assign other Tekla-specific user roles to users.
Assign subscriptions to users that are managed in the Tekla Online Admin Tool for the Tekla products, features, and services that your company has bought.
View statistics about Tekla license usage.

You can view statistics for all Tekla licenses in the Tekla Online Admin Tool even if you manage some licenses in the Admin Console.
Remove users that are managed in the Tekla Online Admin Tool from your company's account.
