XS_USE_PLATE_SIDE_POSITIONING

Set this advanced option to TRUE to make the position dimension of plates
dependent on the position of the plates in the model. When a plate is positioned
underneath the work plane, Tekla Structures will place the position
dimension on the top face of the plate. The default value is
FALSE.
This advanced option is model specific and the setting is saved in the options database.
