XS_SDNF_CONVERT_PL_PROFILE_TO_PLATE

Set this advanced option to TRUE to
convert plate profiles (PL) to contour plates in the SDNF import and
export. Works with SDNF versions 2.0 and 3.0. If you do not want to convert
plate profiles to contour plates, set it to FALSE. The default value is TRUE.
In Tekla Structures, you can create
a plate in two ways, either as a beam using start and end points (and width given in
the profile name like PL10*100), or as a contour plate where you need to define all
corner points. When you set this advanced option to TRUE, the plate profiles are
converted in the export or import to contour plates, where all corner points are
defined in addition to the profile thickness. When you set this advanced option to
FALSE, the plate profiles are not converted and are handled as beams where
width is included in the profile name.
This advanced option is model specific and the setting is saved in the options database.
