This is a template attribute. Template attributes can be used in filtering, or to retrieve data from the model to use in drawings and reports. For example, when you create a report, Tekla Structures replaces the attributes added in the report template with the corresponding object property values.

These five template attributes show the bolt hole types when several parts are connected with a bolt group, and the holes in each of the parts might be different. HOLE_1_TYPE shows the hole type in the first part closest to the bolt head, HOLE_2_TYPE shows the hole type in the second part, and so on.

The hole types can be:

• -1 = regular hole

• 0 = slotted hole

• 1 = oversized hole

• 2 = no hole

• 3 = tapped hole

Use these attributes with the HOLE and BOLT content types.
