now similar to the properties the rebar groups have.

Update or create
standard files for rebar sets.
You can use the files in the
common/system and
default/Concrete/Shared/ModelingSettings/
folders in most cases.
- standard.rst (Rebar
set properties)
- standard.rst_edm
(Rebar set end detail modifier)
- standard.rst_pm
(Rebar set property modifier)
- standard.rst_sm
(Rebar set splitter)
- standard.rst_ls
(Rebar set leg surface)

Remove obsolete standard.rst.zones files.

If you have customized the property pane layout, update the
configuration.
