Administrator's release notes: Translations for property pane and ribbon

You can now use custom translation strings in the property pane and ribbon.

The property pane and ribbon can now use translations from the folders specified in the XS_MESSAGES_PATH advanced option in the environment.ini file. TheXS_MESSAGES_PATH environment variable is now read from the environment.ini file after you have selected the environment.

Add your own configuration files for the ribbon.

Add your own configuration files for the property pane.

Create an .ail file for translated strings.

Add the folder with the new .ail file to the XS_MESSAGES_PATH advanced option in the environment.ini file.
