Wind drift - review and set

Graphically review wind drift check results, set the members to be checked and set the check limits for columns and walls from a Review View using the Show/Alter State command Wind drift attribute.

Review wind drift checks

Open a view and switch the view regime to Review View.
On the Review ribbon, click Show/Alter State.
Go to the Properties window.
In the Attribute list, select Wind drift.
Set Mode to Review.

Set wind drift checks on or off

Open a view and switch the view regime to Review View.
On the Review ribbon, click Show/Alter State.
Go to the Properties window.
In the Attribute list, select Wind drift.
Set Mode to Set On , or Set Off or Toggle.
In the model, click the column or wall for which you want to set the check.
1. If Mode is Set On - the check is switched on
2. If Mode is Set Off - the check is switched off
3. If Mode is Toggle - the check toggles between on and off
Continue setting the checks by clicking the desired columns and walls or press Esc to finish.

Set wind drift checks on and set the ratio limit

Open a view and switch the view regime to Review View.
On the Review ribbon, click Show/Alter State.
Go to the Properties window.
In the Attribute list, select Wind drift.
Set Mode to Set On.
Select Set limit ratio.
Specify the required Wind drift ratio limit
In the model, click the column or wall for which you want to set the limit.
Continue setting the limit by clicking the desired columns and walls or press Esc to finish.
