Notifications are used by Trimble to broadcast information directly to all users within the application.

When a notification arrives, a colored symbol is displayed on the Notifications icon (as shown below), which is located at the top right of the interface.

To read a notification, first click the Notifications icon to open the Notifications pane.

All unread notifications will be listed at the top of the pane.

After reading a notification you can acknowledge it by clicking the 'Mark as read' icon.

This shifts the notification to a list in the lower part of the window.

If you want to bring a notification back to the top of the window, click the 'Pin' icon (as shown above).

To remove notifications from the list, click the 'Archive' icon.

If you have a lot of notifications listed, you can use the search bar to list only those notifications that contain specific text in the notification title.

You can also apply a filter to list only those notifications of a given importance level.

If required, previously archived notifications can be retrieved, firstly by checking the 'Show archived' box, then by selecting 'Unarchive'.
