To specify the layout of the drawings that you have created, do the following:

On the
Draw tab, click
Drawing Management...
The
Drawing Management dialog box opens.

In the
Available Styles
list, select the desired drawing category.

In the
Available Drawings list, select the desired drawing.

Click
Layout...
The
Drawing Layout dialog box opens.

Define the direction and arrangement of the layout.
-
Click
OK.
