Navigate reports

Use the Report Index to quickly navigate to a specific section in a report.

On Report tab on the ribbon, you can also use the buttons in the Navigation group to move through the report pages.

Navigation using the Report Index

Open a report view then:
  1. On the ribbon, go to the Report tab.
  2. In the Navigation group, select Report Index

    The Report Index tab is displayed in the Project Workspace.

  3. Click the Report Index tab in the Project Workspace.
  4. Click on a specific heading or sub heading Report Index to move to that section in the report.

Navigation buttons on the Report tab

Open a report view then:
  • Click to move to the first page
  • Click to move to the previous page
  • Click to move to the next page
  • Click to move to the last page
  • Click to open the Report Index in the Project Workspace
