Sign in to Tekla PowerFab

Before you sign in to Tekla PowerFab for the first time:

Make sure you have a Trimble Identity, see Create your Trimble Identity.
Make sure that you have been assigned the appropriate license by your organization's administrator. You can check your licenses in the Online Profile. See Online profile for Trimble Identity.

Start Tekla PowerFab.
In the Trimble ID section of the Log In dialog, click Sign in.
Sign in with your Trimble Identity.
If you do not have a Trimble Identity, see Create your Trimble Identity.
If you have forgotten your password, contact a Tekla PowerFab user in your company that has administrative rights, so that they can reset your password.
If necessary, in the Configuration list of the Log In dialog, select which configuration of Tekla PowerFab you want to use.

Note that you only need to select a configuration if you have purchased more than one configuration of Tekla PowerFab.
Type your Tekla PowerFab username and password.
The username and password must be created by a user with administrator rights in your company.
The default Tekla PowerFab sign-in information for administrators is:
- username: admin
- password: fab
Note: You are required to change the password to meet the password policy. Provide the changed password to users with administrator rights who will be setting up the usernames.

If you have previously used FabSuite, your username and password are the same as in FabSuite.
Click Log In.
In the Enter Value dialog, do either of the following:
- To save your Trimble Identity and use it automatically when you sign in to Tekla PowerFab, select Yes in the list.
- To not use your Trimble Identity automatically when you log in, select No in the list.
