Open the Project Management module

To start adding and modifying the information in a project, open the Project Management module.

Users with administrator rights need to grant the relevant access rights for other users on the Project Management tab in File > Administration. See Manage user permissions.

At the top of the Tekla PowerFab window, click Project Management button.

Users with administrator rights need to grant the relevant access rights for other users on the Advance Bill tab in File > Administration. See Manage user permissions.

The Select Project Management Job dialog opens. You can view all existing jobs

Note:

Jobs whose statuses are set to Closed are not shown by default. To show closed jobs, select the Show Closed Jobs checkbox.

Next, you can:

View, add, and modify task list reminders.
Create a new project management job.
Open or modify an existing project management job.
Attach document to a project management job in Document Index.
View and modify the project schedule of the selected project management jobs.
Manage submittals to the project management job
