View the transaction history in the Inventory module

You can view all transactions made in the Inventory dialog using the Transaction History dialog. You can also view further transaction details and item history, and view or print different transaction history reports.

View the transaction history of an item

In either the Inventory or Inventory History dialog, click the Inventory ribbon tab.
On the menu, select Transaction History.

The Transaction History dialog opens.

In the Operation column, the transactions starting with FSI are actions performed by outside programs through the API.
To filter the transactions shown in the list:
1. In the Filters section of the Transaction History dialog, click Edit next to a filter type.
  
  The available filter types are the transaction date, the user that made the transaction, the transaction type, and the operation type.
  
  You can also click Find to search for the right user, transaction type, or operation type.
2. Do one of the following depending on the filter type:
  - Click the arrow buttons to move the items that you want to include to the Included list.
  - Type the maximum and minimum values for the items that you want to include.
3. Click OK.
  
  To view all transactions again, click Reload.
To view more information about a transaction, do the following:
1. Click to select the transaction in the list on the Transaction List tab.
2. Click the Transaction Details tab to view the details of the selected transaction.
3. Click the Item History tab to view the item history of the selected transaction.

Find a transaction by transaction number

On the Transaction History ribbon tab, click Find Transaction #.

The Find Transaction dialog opens.
Enter the transaction number in the field.
Click OK.
