Export purchase orders to steelXML

You can save a purchase order as a steelXML file.

Note: To send the file by email, you need to have Microsoft Outlook.
  1. Open the purchase order that you want to export.
  2. On the Purchase Order ribbon tab, select Export to SteelXML.

    The Export PO SteelXML dialog opens.

  3. Select the recipient and enter the email address.
  4. To save the .xml file, click Export.

    If you want to send the file by email, select Attach to Email.

  5. Browse to the folder where you want to save the file.
  6. Click Save.
