You can take a single cut list item from stock by using the TFS Entry command. Tekla PowerFab will then process the cut list item and charge the purchased materials to the job.

1. In the Select Production Control Job dialog, open a job and click the Production Control ribbon tab.
2. On the menu, select TFS Entry.

   The Production Control Purchasing Report Filters dialog opens.

3. To include only specific types of items, do the following (Optional):
   1. Select a filter type in the Type list, and click Select.

      The Filter dialog opens.

   2. Do one of the following depending on the filter type:
      • Click the arrow buttons to move the items that you want to include in the report to the Included list.
      • Type the maximum and minimum values for the items that you want to include.
   3. Click OK.
4. Click Make Report.

   the TFS Entry dialog opens.

5. Select the desired cut list in the Cut List Serial # list.

   Only the items on the selected cut list are shown in the list below.

   Note that if any changes are made to the cut list, its serial number will no longer be valid.

   If you want to check the details of the selected cut list using reports, you can click Reports in the upper-right corner.

6. In the list of items, select the item that you want to take from stock.
7. Click TFS.

   The Cut Lists dialog opens.

8. Define the cut list properties and add drop lengths.
9. To take the selected item from stock, click TFS.
