You can add the contents of a work package
to a subcontract purchase order directly from the Work
Package dialog.

Access the Work
Packages dialog.

Select the work package that you want to add to a subcontract purchase
order.

Click Add to Purchase
Order.
The Select Purchase Order dialog opens.

Select a purchase order and
click OK.
You can also create a new
purchase order.
The Add to Subcontract Purchase Order
Options dialog opens.

Define the properties.
One Summary
Line: When selected, adds a single line within the subcontract
purchase order that represents the entire work package
Description: Type any additional information. It will be populated on the purchase
order line.
One line for each
assembly: When selected, imports a multiline entry on the
purchase order that includes complete assembly information from the work
package

Click OK.
The subcontract items are
included in the selected purchase order.
