Modify the pricing of an estimate item manually

You can modify the pricing of an individual estimate item manually. This can be used to price one-off items or sizes that do not have a default price in the pricing maintenance file.

Note: Manual modification of the pricing of an individual estimate item overrides both job-specific and global pricing maintenance.
  1. Open an estimate and select the item whose pricing you want to modify.
  2. In the Manual Cost in the input fields, add the appropriate material cost.

  3. To modify the unit, right-click the Manual Cost and select the desired option.
  4. Click Save.
