Modify accessories

You can modify the properties of a single accessory or multiple accessories at once.

Modify a single accessory

Click the Maintenance ribbon tab.
On the menu, select Estimating > Accessory Maintenance.

The Accessory Maintenance dialog opens.
In the accessory list, select the accessory that you want to modify.
Modify the properties according to your needs.

For details on the properties, see Accessory properties.
Click Save to update the accessory.

Modify multiple accessories at once

Click the Maintenance ribbon tab.
On the menu, select Estimating > Accessory Maintenance.

The Accessory Maintenance dialog opens.
In the accessory list, select the accessories that you want to modify.

To select multiple items, hold down Ctrl.
To select a range of subsequent items, hold down Shift.
Click Global Edit - Selected.

The Accessory Global Edit dialog opens.
Select the properties that you want to update and modify as needed.

You can also use Un-check All and Check Changed Fields to quickly clear or select checkboxes.
Click Update.

The properties of the selected items are updated.
