Manage Advance Bill jobs

You can manage existing jobs in many ways in the Job Maintenance dialog. The options available depend on the module. You can, for instance, copy and delete jobs.

To access the Job Maintenance dialog, do the following:

Click the Maintenance ribbon tab.
On the menu, select <Module> > Job Maintenance.

The Job Maintenance dialog opens.
Select the job that you want to modify.

To select multiple jobs, hold down Ctrl.

To select a range of subsequent jobs, hold down Shift.
At the bottom of the dialog, click any of the available buttons.
