To keep the address book up to date, you may need to delete unnecessary and outdated companies and contacts.

1. Do one of the following according to your needs:
   • To delete a company, select the company in the Address Book dialog.
   • To delete a contact, select the contact in the Address Book - Contacts dialog.
2. Click Delete in the lower-right corner of the dialog.
3. To permanently delete the company or contact from the address book, click Yes in the confirmation dialog.
