Fabricators and detailers can now work together with the same ABM settings. You can define global ABM settings in Maintenance > Advance Bill > Company Standards for identifying changes that are critical for the ABM stage. You can share the settings with detailers.

When importing to the Advance Bill module, you have now increased transparency and control of changes due to the enhanced change management workflow.

You can now review and accept or reject the changes before completing the import. You can also launch the Trimble Connect model comparison tool to visualize the changes within the project model.

You can select to view the critical changes only as defined in Company Standards.

You can also save the changes for later and review the pending changes in an Advance Bill job.

You can now import a .pfxt file using the Import dialog in File > Import.

If you try to import a production control .pfxt file to Advance Bill, you get an error message.

For Advance Bill imports, you now encounter the Translate Shapes/Grades dialog whenever unrecognized shapes or grades are detected in the IFC file. See Translate unknown shapes and grades.

ABM is now connected to purchasing and inventory: You can now view the linked material items in other modules.

Clicking the Links opens the new ABM Reserved Details dialog. It helps you to find materials that are either on a requisition, purchase order, or in inventory, and tied to an ABM Mark that has not been linked to production control. You can also access the dialog from Maintenance > Advance Bill and from individual Advance Bill jobs.

• When saving Combining Run Results, you are now prompted to select if you would like to save the ordered pieces to a requisition or purchase order. See Combine materials in the Advance Bill module.
