Remove a customized report

You can remove a customized report from the list of reports visible to users or delete a customised report type that you have created.

  1. In the module of your selection, go to the associated ribbon tab.
  2. On the menu, select Reports or press Ctrl+R on the keyboard.

    The Report Filters dialog box opens.

  3. Click Make Report.

    The Report Selection dialog box opens.

  4. On the left, select the Report Type that you want to modify.

  5. Click Edit Report Types.

    The Report Types dialog box opens.

  6. In the Report Type area, select the report type that you want to modify.

  7. To remove a report from Report Selection dialog box, use the arrow buttons to move it to the left side.
  8. To delete a report, click User-Defined Reports.

    The User-Defined Reports dialog box opens.

    1. Select the report that you want to delete.
    2. Click Delete.

      You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

    3. Click Yes.

      You are prompted to confirm the deletion from the custom report directory.

    4. Click Yes.
    5. Close the dialog box.

      You return to the Report Types dialog box.

  9. To delete the report type, select the report type that you want to delete.
    1. Click Delete.

      You are prompted to confirm the deletion.

    2. Click Yes.
