Print change orders
You can print one or multiple change orders at one go using the Print Selected Change Orders.
- In the Project Management module, double-click a job to open it.

On the
right, click Change
Orders.
The Change Order dialog box opens.

In the Change
Order dialog box, select the change orders that you want to
print.
To select multiple items, hold down Ctrl.
To select a range of subsequent items, hold down Shift.
- Click the Change Orders ribbon tab.

On the menu, select
Print Selected Change Orders.
The Print Change Order dialog box opens.

On the Report
Settings tab, do the following:

To display your company
logo in the change order, select the Show Company Logo (If Exists) checkbox.
To add a company logo, see Company information.
- To include the cost breakdown, select Show Cost Breakdown.

To display your company
logo in the change order, select the Show Company Logo (If Exists) checkbox.
- On the Printer Settings tab, type the number of copies to be printed in the Copies field.
- To set the printer, click Change Printer.
- Click a printer to select it.
- Click OK.
- In the Print Change Order dialog box, click Print.
