View and modify inspection test records
You can view the test records that have been entered so far.

To access the test records, do
one of the following:
- To view the test records for one or more jobs in Maintenance:
- Go to Maintenance > Inspection > Inspection Tests.
- Click Test Records.
- On the Test
Subject tab, filter out the job or jobs you want to examine.
For more information on the filters, see Filter inspection test records.
- Click Apply Filter.
- To view the test records for a specific job in the Production Control mobule, open a job:
- On the Production Control ribbon tab, click Review > Inspection Test Records.
The Test Records dialog box opens, displaying a list of inspection test records.
(1) Filters: The filters that are currently applied. You can set new filters by clicking Set Filters. See Filter inspection test records.
(2) Show Fields: When selected, shows inspection test data in the display grid
(2) Navigation tree: Drill-down on any property of the test, the test subject, or the test record inputs. Every field from the test definition appears in the navigation tree with the exception of memo fields.
(3) Display grid: The details of the test records. The test title, inspector, and job # columns do not show if the filters have been set to include only a single value.
- Status: If a test record has failed and has not yet been followed up by a
successful test, the status value is highlighted in red. The field(s)
that resulted in the test failure are also highlighted in red.
If a test record results in a warning, the status value is highlighted in yellow. The field(s) that resulted in the test warning are also highlighted in yellow.
Passed: Test passed
Passed (FT): Follow-up test passed
Failed (FTP): Follow-up test passed after a failed initial test
Failed (FTF): Follow-up test failed
(4) Inspection Test Properties: Opens the Inspection Test Setup dialog box for the currently selected test record. See Inspection test properties.
(5) Test Record Details: Opens the Inspection Test Record dialog box for the currently selected test record
(6) Run Test: Opens the New Inspection Test Record dialog box to add a new test record
(7) Run Follow-Up Test: Opens the New Inspection Test Record dialog box to add a follow-up test record. This option is available only if the currently selected test record has failed and has not yet been followed up by a successful test record.
- To view the test records for one or more jobs in Maintenance:
- To modify an inspection test record, select it.
- Click Test Record Details.
